As part of our SaaS Business Unit, you will directly contribute to the product and technical OKRs that drive our growth and scale.
The Role
We are seeking a Backend Engineer with 3–6 years of relevant experience and a strong PHP background to accelerate the development of our core SaaS platform. This role sits within a multidisciplinary tech unit that spans Backend, Data, Product, and Design—and interfaces directly with our real estate industry users.
This position is intentionally designed as a growth role, offering clear ownership areas, mentorship, and a pathway toward becoming a Senior Backend Engineer.
Your Skills and Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer or comparable role, with a strong focus on PHP
Strong understanding of backend architecture, API design, and relational databases
Experience building and maintaining digital products used by real customers
Ability to write clean, testable, maintainable code and improve legacy code when needed
Experience that will set you apart:
Background in real estate, PropTech, ClimateTech, or related digital products
Experience with B2B SaaS platforms
Familiarity with multi-tenant application architectures
Exposure to modern PHP frameworks, domain-driven design, or service-oriented architectures
